Cleaning out a home or apartment can be a stressful and exhausting task. Our experienced team members can assist you with this difficult task and clean wall to wall even broom sweeping save you time and energy. We have had experience with small apartments to large homes including hoarder homes.

Our Home Cleanouts and Junk Removal services are based on volume (based on a 12 foot cube van) and include dump fees.  If you have items we are able to sell we may be able to give you a discount on your fees.

Minimum charge is $80.00

1/4 truck  -  $125.00

1/2 truck  -  $250.00

Full truck  -  $450.00

Surcharges

Freezers/Fridges  - $25.00 each

Tires - (first 2 are free) - $5.00 each

Out of town charges -  $2.00/km from city limits (one way)

Heavy items such as concrete, sod, ceramic tiles etc will have a surcharge based on weight.

Cleanouts and junk removal that requires removal from areas that are an unreasonalbe distance from truck, or difficult access areas are $30.00/hr extra
